O Forno do Curro is a historic Galician farmhouse located in O Curro, in the parish of Feás, Boborás, O Carballiño, Ourense. From here, you can take in magnificent mountain views. Among the best rural houses in Ourense, O Forno do Curro stands out as a rectory farmhouse with centuries of history. Recently restored and divided into four adjoining houses—three for guests (A Casa da Améndoa, A Casiña da Noz, and A Casiña da Avelá) and one for the owners—all retain the region’s traditional architecture, blending stone, wood, and wrought iron, while offering modern comforts. Enjoy the beautiful garden, covered pool, and mountain bikes. Additional services include bike rental and a grocery shopping service so your fridge is stocked as you wish—both available for an extra fee. We are located on the Camino da Geira Romana e dos Arrieiros and the Camino de Santiago (Xacobeo Miñoto-Ribeiro-Breeiro). The pool is open from July 15 to August 31, even on rainy days. O Forno do Curro is a centuries-old Galician farmhouse located in O Curro, in the parish of Feás, within the municipality of Boborás, in the O Carballiño region of Ourense, offering wonderful views. Counted among the best rural houses in Ourense, O Forno do Curro is a restored Galician rectory farmhouse, now divided into four adjoining houses. Three are for guests, and the fourth is the owners’ residence. The houses are named A CASA DA AMÉNDOA, A CASIÑA DA NOZ, and A CASIÑA DA AVELÁ, each offering maximum comfort while preserving the traditional rural architecture of the area, combining stone, wood, and wrought iron. There is also a beautiful garden, a covered pool, and mountain bikes. The accommodation has been recently renovated to ensure comfort while respecting the region’s traditional style. Additional services include bike rental and a grocery shopping service, so your fridge is stocked to your preferences on arrival. These services are available for an extra fee.
